Well, the title says new character (even though I created so many) But that's because I'm keeping this one permantly. Vincent is what he likes to be called. He represents the other side of me in real life. The Quiet part, the "Leave Me Alone" state. You know what I mean I think. ^^; He has the powers of the Psychic. Why diamond-shape marks on him? I'm afraid that I don't know that. I wanted something different for once. And there you have it. Scarlet is still my ID no matter what. I just wanted to add like a "back-up" character for me. So yeah. :D Well, I hope you enjoy this one. :D
